Visit with Respect
In Moab and Indian Creek climbing areas, are rich in both prehistorical and historical resources. It is the responsibility of all visitors to protect these natural and cultural sites both out of respect to the region’s Tribes and Pueblos who claim these areas as their ancestral homelands, and for visitors after you.
In response to the increasing visitation of the area, the Bears Ears Partnership- a sister organization to Friends of Indian Creek- created the Visit with Respect (VWR) campaign to encourage responsible recreation. You will see their signs throughout the Creek.
