The Friends of Indian Creek Board of Directors

The Board has been in existence for nearly 2 years, and was started by Jason Keith and Emma Medara. They invited other members to join with a view to choosing people that represented the community and were also represented in the trade, to help gather support for our cause. Every board member is a volunteer. The original Board Members were: Emma Medara, Jason Keith, Jim Donini, Greg Child, Kitty Calhoun, Trisha Hedin, Andy Boone, Amelia Patterson. At the Board Meeting held on April 1st, Board Members voted on the nominations to fill spaces on the Board. In concurrence with the Board ByLaws which can be viewed here, it was decided that there would be 7 Board Members, therefore requiring two new members to be voted in. The new Board Members to be voted in were Steve Quinlan and Ralph Ferrara. It was then decided to add another person making 8 Board Members. Now, the current Board Members are; Emma Medara, Trish Hedin, Andy Boone, Jim Donini, Kitty Calhoun, Steve Quinlan, Ralph Ferrara, Josh Gross. Board meetings are held bi-monthly.
